We grow and source fruit from nearby farms and artisanal products in Asheville to include in our  chocolate bonbons.  The chocolate shell is dark chocolate made from 78% cacao and then each ganache is made using high-quality ingredients.

 

The flavors in the caramel selection are Caramel Sea Salt, Caramel Cone, and  Smoked Bacon Caramel.  Choose from 6 pieces (2 of each flavor) or 12 pieces (4 of each flavor).

    Orders are shipped 2-3 day priority to non-PO box addresses. We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.

     

    AFTER MAY 10th

    The safest way to ship your chocolates is via UPS Next Day Air services. Only 

  • How To Store

    Room Temperature: Keep in a cool dry place at approximately 65 degrees, out of direct sunlight. Best eaten within two weeks of purchase for optimal texture and flavor.

    Refrigeration: If refrigerated, this will extend the life. Keep in the packaging for optimal condition.
